Happy Summer Solstice Yinz Guys

Last Tuesday was the summer solstice and what better way to honor the sun than by painting your face!

The wine was flowing and the mood was right. We gained two new blank canvasses from our great friends Uncle Christy and Cousin Kiar. With our faces adorned we set out to 90s night and continued to dance the night away.

Our special friend Curious Christov especially loved his face paint!

Indiana Jones

Crusading Pittsburgh for the perfect face paint involved crossing the threshold into one-too-many stores. After searching for the perfect array of colors and feeling defeated, I caved and purchased a set of paint on colors with the redemption of surprising Maddie when we met for a beer a bit later. When Maddie arrived at our rendezvous, she was decked out in full facial color! She had purchased crayons to surprise me! We spent the rest of the evening watching Indiana Jones and drinking watermelon (yes, watermelon) beers in Schenley Park. Now that, my friends, is a true love story.
